The Nanny Exhibit is a captivating immersive experience blending fashion and ’90s TV nostalgia. Featuring over 100 significant costumes from the show and replica sets of the series’ iconic locations, guests can interact, capture and share memories.
In conjunction with Sony Pictures Television, it includes video excerpts, behind-the-scenes imagery, and rarities from private collectors and Sony Pictures’ Hollywood archive.

GETTING THERE
Getting to The Nanny Exhibit at The District Docklands is pashut! Take the Route 86, 70 or free City Circle tram right to the The District Docklands and enjoy a quick walk to the exhibit. If you’re coming by train, hop off at Southern Cross Station, then take one of the Free Tram Zone trams, or a short rideshare. Driving? There’s plenty of parking at The District Docklands. Prefer cycling? Bike racks are ready for you. However you arrive, you’re in for a world of fashion, nostalgia, and Frantastic fun!

AGE REQUIREMENTS
All ages are welcome. Guests 15 and under must be accompanied by a ticketed adult who is at least 18 years old. Children under 3 years of age are free, do not need a ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring the whole mishpocheh!

WHERE IS THE NANNY EXHIBIT LOCATED?
Join us at The District Docklands. You’ll be plotzing in no time!
WHO CAN VISIT THE NANNY EXHIBIT?
The Nanny Exhibit is for fans of all ages! Whether you’re a long-time devotee or a newcomer, everyone is welcome. Just a heads-up: Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by a supervising adult, and infants aged 2 and under enter for free.
HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE LAST?
We recommend to allow an hour to fully explore the experience, but you’re welcome to immerse yourself in 1990s New York City for longer.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Wednesday – Sunday: 10am – 6pm (Last entry at 5:30pm).

IS THE EXHIBIT FULLY ACCESSIBLE?
All guests are welcome. Most areas are accessible; however, some sections may involve stairs, namely the Sheffield Mansion. Our team will be happy to assist you—just let us know if you need help.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Some tickets will be available at the door (subject to availability). We recommend booking online to avoid disappointment as sessions may sell out.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP BOOKINGS?
Yes! Discounted group tickets are available for larger groups—perfect for a fun outing with friends and the mishpachah! For special arrangements, please contact the Pomerium Concierge, so we can accommodate you.

CAN I CHANGE OR REFUND MY TICKETS?
You may be able to exchange your time slot for another, subject to availability. Please note that no refunds will be provided unless a session is cancelled. DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?
Yes! Companion Cardholders are admitted free with a fully paid ticket. Please contact our ticketing partner to arrange your Companion Card ticket.

No—it’s the Nineties! You will be able to use cash at this event, as well as EFT and all major credit cards.

IS MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE?
Yes! The Nanny Exhibit Store will offer T-shirts, tote bags, and unique memorabilia—open to both ticket holders and the public.
ARE FOOD AND DRINKS ALLOWED?
To protect the costumes, no outside food or drinks are allowed, except for bottled water.
WILL ANY ORIGINAL CAST MEMBERS BE PRESENT?
While cast members won’t be part of the exhibit, you’ll still experience the magic and charm of The Nanny! Feel free to dress up as your favourite character and become part of the fun.
IS THERE PRAM PARKING?
Yes, we are pram and buggy-friendly. However, pram parking is limited—please keep valuables with you at all times.
LOST PROPERTY
The Nanny Exhibit is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please see staff if you’ve misplaced something, or contact the Pomerium Concierge.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Nanny Exhibit is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all visitors. Abusive language or behaviour towards staff or patrons will not be tolerated.
- Late arrivals may not be admitted. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, subject to capacity.
- Bags and containers may be inspected on entry.
- Line jumping is prohibited; offenders may be denied access.
- If you are feeling unwell or have flu-like symptoms, please stay home.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the venue.
ACCESSIBILITY
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, absolutely. Most of the exhibit is wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the stairs in the Sheffield mansion and kitchen.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?
Yes! Government-issued Companion Cardholders can receive a free ticket for their companion. Proof of eligibility is required at entry. Please contact our ticketing partner to arrange your Companion Card ticket.
